Yuko Katayama's race used visor from the San Marino Grand Prix, Imola 1994, signed, dated and dedicated to EDL the engine supplier to Tyrrell.
An amazing opportunity to acquire a piece of Formula 1 history. The 1994 San Marino Grand Prix at Imola is etched in Formula 1 memory as the tragic weekend of the death's of Roland Ratzembereger and Ayrton Senna. But the race must go on, and after the delayed restart the struggling Tyrrell team finished 5th and 9th, this being Mark Blundell's race used visor from that race.
After the race Yuko signed the visor to his race engineer (on who's behalf we offering this to market) at EDL - Engineering Developments Limited, otherwise known as Judd Engines who built and co-developed the Yamaha V10 that powered the Tyrrell 022, designed by Harvey Postlethwaite (Technical Director), Mike Gascoyne (Chief Designer) and Jean-Claude Migeot (Head of Aerodynamics).
Race used condition, Bell visor, hand signed, with COA. Enquiries welcome.
